3. Authorization & Communications

By making a booking or transaction through WispVoyage, you authorize us and our representatives to access third-party payment gateways, banks, and other authorized systems required to complete your booking.

WispVoyage shall not be responsible for any deductions, processing fees, banking charges, or other costs imposed by third-party payment providers.

You consent to receive communications regarding your booking, payment, cancellation, refund, itinerary updates, schedule changes, offers, or other service-related information through:

  • Voice Calls

These communications are considered transactional communications and not unsolicited commercial messages under applicable regulations, including guidelines issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

You agree to provide accurate contact information. WispVoyage shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect phone numbers or email addresses provided by you.

You further agree to indemnify WispVoyage against any losses, penalties, or claims resulting from complaints made due to incorrect contact information or unauthorized communication disputes.


4. User Eligibility & Legal Compliance

  • You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements relating to your travel and transactions.
  • If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with the laws, immigration requirements, customs regulations, and travel rules of your destination country.

PAN & Foreign Exchange Requirements

For international bookings covered under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), you may be required to provide your Permanent Account Number (PAN) before the specified deadline.

  • If the traveler is a minor, PAN details of the parent or legal guardian may be required.
  • Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of the booking along with applicable supplier and service charges.
  • You confirm that your foreign exchange transactions remain within the limits prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

5. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

Any material, software, information, documents, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, audio, package formats, designs, or other content available on the WispVoyage website is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • You may use this website solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Booking Confirmation

Although every effort is made to confirm bookings immediately, certain reservations may remain subject to supplier confirmation.

If a booking cannot be confirmed for operational, supplier, or technical reasons:

  • The amount paid will be refunded where applicable.
  • WispVoyage shall not be obligated to provide an alternative booking or compensation beyond the applicable refund.
  • Any subsequent booking shall be treated as an entirely new booking and subject to prevailing prices and availability.

7. Refund Requests & Unused Services

If you fail to utilize any booked service, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, cruises, transport services, or other travel products, refund eligibility shall depend entirely upon the respective supplier's refund policy.

  • Refund requests for unused services must be submitted within the applicable timelines specified by the respective service provider.
  • Where a supplier processes a refund, customers are responsible for claiming such refunds within the prescribed period.
  • Claims submitted after the supplier's claim period may be treated as expired and may no longer be eligible for refund.
  • WispVoyage shall not be responsible for refund denials resulting from supplier policies or delayed customer claims.

8. Third-Party Websites & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including airlines, hotels, banks, payment gateways, travel providers, and other external platforms.

  • These websites operate independently and are not controlled by WispVoyage.
  • We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Where possible, WispVoyage will make reasonable efforts to obtain refunds or alternative arrangements from suppliers. Any fare difference, supplier penalties, or additional costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds in such circumstances remain subject to the refund policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other travel suppliers.


10. Limitation of Liability

WispVoyage acts solely as a facilitator between customers and third-party travel service providers.

Except where required by applicable law, WispVoyage shall not be liable for:

  • Supplier defaults or operational failures.
  • Flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes.
  • Hotel overbookings, service deficiencies, or property-related issues.
  • Loss of baggage, personal belongings, passports, visas, or travel documents.
  • Loss of profits, business interruption, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies appearing on our website due to supplier-provided information.

Our maximum liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to WispVoyage for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.


11. Refusal of Service & Cancellation by WispVoyage

WispVoyage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any booking, inquiry, or service request without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

Such actions may include, but are not limited to, the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
  • Suspicious, unlawful, or unauthorized booking activity.
  • Failure to complete payment obligations.
  • Compliance with legal requirements, court orders, or government directives.

Where applicable, WispVoyage reserves the right to recover any outstanding dues, supplier charges, legal expenses, or losses resulting from a user's breach of these Terms & Conditions.


12. Fraudulent Activities

  • Any fraudulent booking, payment, identity misuse, chargeback abuse, forged documentation, or intentional misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation without prior notice.
