Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to WispVoyage. We strive to provide a seamless travel experience for our customers. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any booking.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received by WispVoyage.
- A booking confirmation email and invoice will be sent to the registered email address.
- Prices are subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support.
Cancellation charges are applicable as follows:

| 30 days or more | 10% of total booking amount |
| 15 – 29 days | 25% of total booking amount |
| 7 – 14 days | 50% of total booking amount |
| 3 – 6 days | 75% of total booking amount |
| Within 48 hours / No Show | 100% of booking amount |
The effective cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written cancellation request.
3. Flight Ticket Cancellation
- Flight tickets are governed by the respective airline's cancellation and refund policies.
- Airline cancellation charges, convenience fees, and fare rules will apply.
- WispVoyage is not responsible for airline cancellation penalties.
4. Hotel Cancellation
Hotel cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel and rate selected.
- Refunds will be processed according to the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Non-refundable hotel bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Visa & Documentation Services
Visa processing charges, embassy fees, courier charges, and documentation fees are strictly non-refundable once the application process has started, irrespective of visa approval or rejection.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy has been issued.
7. Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
- Banking or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
8. Cancellation by WispVoyage
If WispVoyage cancels a booking due to operational reasons, supplier issues, or any circumstance within our control, customers may choose one of the following:
- 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Travel credit for future bookings.
- Rescheduling of the booking (subject to availability).
9. Force Majeure
WispVoyage shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- War
- Airline strikes
- Civil disturbances
- Weather conditions
In such cases, refunds will depend on the refund received from airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
10. No Show
If a traveler fails to report on the scheduled departure date or fails to utilize booked services without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be applicable.
11. Changes & Amendments
Booking modifications are subject to:
- Supplier approval
- Availability
- Applicable fare differences
- Additional amendment charges
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may not be amendable.
12. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable unless specifically mentioned otherwise:
- Convenience fees
- Payment gateway charges
- Processing charges
- Visa fees
- Insurance charges
- Service charges
- Government taxes already paid
- Third-party supplier penalties
13. Promotional Offers
Bookings made under promotional offers, flash sales, coupon discounts, or special campaigns may carry separate cancellation terms. Such terms will prevail over this general policy.
